Booking & Scheduling

All sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. A session is considered officially reserved only once a date and time have been confirmed by Cascade Lens Media. For high-demand seasons, advanced booking is highly recommended.

Payment Policy

To ensure fairness and clarity for all clients:

  • A retainer or deposit may be required at the time of booking (if applicable).

  • All payments must be paid in full before any photos, galleries, or final edited images are delivered.

  • If payment is not completed, editing and delivery will be paused until the remaining balance is received.

  • Accepted payment methods will be listed at the time of booking.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Life happens — if you need to reschedule, simply contact me as soon as possible.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with 24–48 hours’ notice when possible.

  • Weather reschedules are always allowed at no extra charge.

  • Cancellations may result in forfeiture of a deposit if one was required.

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals reduce the available shooting time.

  • Sessions will still end at the scheduled time.

  • If you arrive significantly late, the session may need to be rescheduled at the photographer’s discretion.

Turnaround Time

Editing timelines may vary based on the session type and workload.

  • Most sessions are delivered within 1–2 weeks.

  • Weddings and larger events may take longer, but estimated delivery times will be communicated clearly.

Image Delivery

Final images are delivered digitally via a private online gallery.

  • Images are delivered in high resolution.

  • Clients receive full printing rights for personal use unless otherwise stated.

Image Selection & Editing

All delivered images are professionally edited in the photographer’s style.

  • RAW or unedited files are not included.

  • Additional edits or retouching may be requested for an additional fee.

Weather Policy

Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to unsafe or unfavorable weather conditions. I closely monitor the forecast and work with you to choose the best possible day.

Travel Fees

Locations outside of the photographer’s local service area may include a small travel fee, which will be discussed prior to booking.

Copyright & Usage

Cascade Lens Media retains the copyright to all images created.

  • Images may be used for portfolio, website, and promotional use unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

  • Clients receive full personal-use rights, including printing and sharing.

Client Cooperation

To ensure the best experience possible, clients agree to communicate openly, arrive on time, and follow session guidance as needed. The more relaxed and prepared you feel, the better your images will turn out.

Safety & Conduct

The photographer reserves the right to decline or end any session where safety, respect, or appropriate conduct becomes a concern.

Agreement

By booking a session with Cascade Lens Media, you acknowledge and agree to the terms listed above.
